Summer School!
A unique opportunity to delve into the frontiers of
behavioral and experimental economics.
This Summer School offers PhD students, post-docs, and researchers advanced training in the latest theoretical and methodological developments in behavioral and experimental economics. The program is designed to enhance methodological and applied skills, with a specific focus on the food, agriculture, and environment sectors.
Participants will gain innovative research tools and have the opportunity to engage in discussions with an international faculty, fostering a stimulating learning environment that bridges theory and practice.

Program
The program includes an intensive five-day course with theoretical lessons and practical sessions dedicated to:
- the design of economic experiments with a focus on the principles of internal and external validity
- estimation and inference techniques for treatment analysis;
- the fundamentals and applications of behavioral economics through game theory (dictator and ultimatum games);
- exploring the connections between experimental economics and neuroeconomics;
- scientific communication and best practices in writing academic articles.
Participants will also be given the opportunity to present their own case studies of projects that are currently underway or in the planning stages.
